Welcome to STADIVM. These Terms of Service govern your use of stadivm.co and purchases made through our online store. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to STADIVM.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You may not use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

  1. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

STADIVM offers outdoor, skate, lifestyle, and selected international products. Product availability, sizes, colors, specifications, and condition are described on individual product pages.

We aim to display products accurately. Colors may vary depending on your screen settings. Such variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Some products are stocked and shipped from the United States. Others may be fulfilled directly by international suppliers. Shipping origin and delivery estimates should be reviewed on the relevant product page and in our Shipping Policy.

Accessories are included only when expressly stated in the selected product or variant description.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our website identifies products and does not imply an official partnership, endorsement, or authorized-dealer relationship unless expressly stated.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The applicable currency and product price are displayed when shopping. Shipping charges, taxes, and any duties collected by us are shown at checkout before payment.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method.

  1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability or acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, a material listing error, or a legal restriction. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges, as applicable.

If we discover a material price or description error, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected information or cancel for a refund.

Delivery estimates vary by product, shipping origin, destination, and carrier. Estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable law. Carrier involvement does not remove our obligations to you.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international shipping is available, orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or handling charges.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, additional import charges may be payable by the recipient. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

Any return or refund resulting from customs issues will be handled according to our published policies and applicable law.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment or shipment has begun. Your applicable return rights remain available.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us investigate.

Our policies do not exclude statutory remedies or mandatory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.

  1. PRODUCT USE

Use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, and intended purpose.

Unless a product is expressly identified as an approved medical device, fitness trackers, smart rings, watches, and similar products are intended for general wellness use. Their readings are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you create an account, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant content. We do not remove reviews solely because they express a negative opinion.
